Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Applied

We read each resume (there's no keyword filtering) because we are looking for the right people, not the perfect job description match. We don’t post all our opportunities because we do not enjoy putting people in boxes.

You may be exactly the person we need! If you love a good challenge and think egos have no place at the table, let’s talk. Send us your resume and we will get back to you within two business days. We recommend including a cover letter telling us what kind of work you enjoy doing and ideal growth opportunities that Avenue can offer you.
Stage 2

Review

We thoroughly review each resume and encourage you to share your key accomplishments, how you achieved them, or provide samples of your work. We value diverse professional backgrounds and are open to different perspectives.
Stage 3

Initial Meetings

We appreciate people with diverse professional backgrounds. Our interviews start with getting to know you as a person. We’ll want to talk about why you are excited about our industry and where you feel that you can thrive in our company. Then we’ll worry about the technical stuff later.
Stage 4

Offer Letter Meeting

During this final interview we will discuss and collaborate about the details of an ideal role. Please come prepared to discuss salary and PTO.
